HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The new-look Oklahoma State women's golf team will battle a talented field at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate, which is named in honor of the musician and South Carolina alum. On top of a live concert performed by Rucker, the Cowgirls will enjoy three days of excellent golf at the Long Cove Golf Club, which was designed by Pete Dye. This will be OSU's third event of the spring since adding freshmen Sara Camarena, Han-Hsuan Yu and Lianna Bailey to the lineup. The three newcomers helped the Cowgirls claim a fifth place finish at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge last month. This marks the fifth straight season the Cowgirls have participated in the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate. Last year, Emma Broze paced the Cowgirls with an 11th place finish as the Cowgirls finish 15th as a team. The Cowgirls will begin play at 10:10 a.m. on Friday.
